App Development Lead

We are hiring an experienced App Development Lead to manage the mobile app development process and lead a team of developers. In this leadership role, you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications, ensuring that they meet our users' needs and expectations. You will provide technical leadership to a team of developers and work closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality mobile applications. Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of mobile app developers to design, develop, and launch high-quality mobile applications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to define features and functionality.
• Ensure that mobile applications are responsive, optimized, and scalable.
• Ensure that all applications meet technical requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
• Experience with app performance optimization and debugging tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
